On Monday, a 21-year-old man pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a Baylor student at her dorm room in 2013.

Dontrell Hullett had been indicted on two counts of sexual assault.

According to a complaint affidavit, Hullett touched her inappropriately and had sex after attending a party. Court documents show he told an investigator the victim was not acting in the right state of mind and was drunk. The victim stated she was too intoxicated to stop him but she did tell him to stop several times, according to the affidavit.

McLennan County prosecutors recommended eight years of deferred adjudication, which is a type of probation, and a $1,000 fine. 19th District Court Judge Ralph Strother ordered a pre-sentence investigation, which can be requested for someone who is eligible for probation.

Hullett is expected to be sentenced in the next few weeks.
