Magnolia announced that they are opening up another vacation rental that will start welcoming guests this fall.
Hillcrest Estate is a historic home in the heart of Waco that dates back to 1903 and sleeps 12.
No further details were available. They said newsletter subscribers will be the first to hear about how to book a stay.
Magnolia is the company owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines, stars of HGTV's hit show Fixer Upper.
The Gaines' also opened another vacation rental, the Magnolia House, in 2016.
