College Station police said a man has been charged after pointing a gun at his wife and shooting it into a wall during an argument on Thursday night.
At 7:35 p.m., College Station police responded to the 8400 block of Justin Avenue for a report of deadly conduct.
The victim reported her husband, 28-year-old Ryan Luckie, shot a gun during an argument.
Luckie fled the scene but later returned and was interviewed by police.
Officers found a bullet hole through several walls inside the residence. They determined the weapon was pointed directly at the victim during the argument.
No injuries were reported.
Luckie has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, family violence, a second-degree felony. His bond has been set at $30,000.
The incident is still under investigation.
