Baylor University has been named a "Great College to Work For" for 2017.
The Chronicle of Higher Education has bestowed this honor on the university for the seventh year in a row.
The results, released July 17 in The Chronicle’s 10th annual report, are based on a survey of 232 colleges and universities. Baylor was included among the large universities with 10,000 or more students.
Compensation, benefits, professional, career development programs and work-life balance was among some of the criteria cited.
