The victim of an overnight homicide in Killeen in the Wales Circle area has been identified as Daniel LeBlance Magee.
On July 16, at around 3 a.m., officers responded to the 2300 block of Wales Circle.
Police said they discovered the 29-year-old in the street with a gunshot wound. At 5:35 a.m. Magee was pronounced dead at the hospital. An autopsy has been ordered.
The incident is still under investigation. Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Killeen Police at 254-526-8477 or give information online at bellcountycrimestoppers.com.
