Baylor Football to host “Meet the Bears” August 19

WACO, TX (KXXV) -

Baylor’s football team, including head coach Matt Rhule will be available to sign autographs at the annual “Meet the Bears” fan appreciation event Saturday, August 19 at McLane Stadium from 2:30-4 pm. The first 5,000 fans will receive an exclusive "Meet the Bears" poster for autographs.

Fan parking is located in the Lot 2 entrance and attendees enter the stadium through Gate C starting at 2:30 p.m.

Coach Rhule will be at the top of section 115 to sign the exclusive "Meet the Bears" poster or one personal item. Bruiser’s Locker Room & the Sideline Shop Bookstore will be open with official Baylor merchandise available for purchase.

The football player autograph line will begin at the top of section 122 and student-athletes will be signing only the exclusive "Meet the Bears" poster until 4 pm.

Fan Fest activities for children to enjoy include: inflatable games, photo opportunity, Baylor Volleyball team autographs and Baylor Soccer team autographs on the west concourse. Concession stand food and drink items will also be conveniently open for purchase.

A Limited number of season tickets packages are still available and will be on sale at “Meet the Bears”. Season ticket packages offer great value and guarantee your seat for games against rivals Oklahoma and Texas.
