The Copperas Cove Police Department said a man is in custody after an aggravated robbery at a cafe.
On July 8 at around 2:14 p.m. Copperas Cove police responded to an aggravated robbery at the Long Horn Internet Cafe, located at 827 E Business Hwy 190.
Upon arrival, officers learned a male suspect identified as 25-year-old Samuel Hunter fled the scene on foot after brandishing a handgun inside the business and demanding money.
A short time later, officers were advised a citizen had Hunter detained in the 900 block of Industrial Ave.
Officers arrived on the scene were able to identify Hunter from the description given by the victim and surveillance video.
No injuries were reported.
Hunter was arraigned by Justice of the Peace William Price and received a $25,000 bond.
