Man arrested after stealing from car in College Station

COLLEGE STATION, TX (KXXV) -

College Station police arrested a man for stealing a vehicle on Eastmark Drive this morning.

Around 4:31 a.m., officers responded to the 2400 Eastmark Drive for a burglary of vehicle call.

The caller observed a group of men enter a vehicle and open the door of another.

When officers arrived they spoke with the men inside the vehicle and searched it. They found property that did not belong to the men and made contact with the property’s owner who said the property was removed without his consent.

25-year-old Kendrick McNeil, the man in possession of the property, was arrested for burglary of a vehicle.

The case is still under investigation and police ask anyone with information to call 979-764-3600.
