3 teens arrested for burglary of a vehicle in College Station

Wednesday morning, police officers responded to call of a suspicious person in the Wood Creek Subdivision of College Station.

The College Station Police Department said at approximately 4:45 a.m., officers responded to the 9200 block of Brookwater Drive. A resident on Brookwater Drive called the police reporting three men with backpacks going through his neighbor’s vehicle.

The three suspects eventually left the vehicle, but officers were able to locate them all in the area.

Police said officers were able to determine the men were also responsible for a burglary of a vehicle parked inside a garage in the 8900 block of Driftwood Drive. Additionally, the men were found with a stolen firearm taken from a vehicle.

Officers were able to recover all the property in their possession from the burglarized vehicle on Brookwater Drive. All stolen property, including the firearm, were returned to the owners.

The suspects have been identified as 18-year-olds twins Trevor and Tyler Bagby, and a 13-year-old male.

Trevor and Tyler Bagby were booked into the CSPD holding facility, while the 13-year-old was taken to Brazos County Juvenile Detention Center.

All three subjects have been charged with burglary of a habitation, a first-degree felony, theft of a firearm, a state jail felony, and burglary of a vehicle, a class A misdemeanor.
