Salado’s Annual Swirl wine trail to return this July

SALADO, TX (KXXV) -

On July 8, the city of Salado is hosting its annual Swirl wine trail event from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Hosted by the Salado Chamber of Commerce/Tourism Bureau, event-goers will experience wine and food offerings from a variety of local wineries. There will be a trolley transportation between stops along the wine trail.

Wineries participating are Salado Winery Company, Salado Lone Star Winery, The Vineyard and Florence, Waco Winery, Old Man Scary Cellars, Red Caboose Winery and Wedding Oak Winery.

Participants can get their card punched at each stop to be entered for a chance to win a 7-day cruise for two, courtesy of Journey’s Travel Associates.

Tickets are $29.95 per person, and you must at least 21 to participate. Tickets are limited must be purchased in advance at saladoevents.com.
