The Waco Police Department has a had a busy Saturday dealing with unique...animal issues.
According to the department's Facebook page, officers received a call about a deer versus vehicle accident at 25th Street and McKenzie Avenue. Officers arrived on scene and had to put the deer down due to its injuries.
Officers are also advised that residents stay away the 200-300 block of Mary Avenue for a swarm of bees that are in the area. A beekeeper was en route to safely remove them and was able to transport them to his bee farm.
