The No. 13/15 Baylor Lady Bears (37-9, 9-3 Big 12) opens its final full home Big 12 series, facing RV/NR Oklahoma State (32-17, 11-1 Big 12) April 28-29 at Getterman Stadium.

The full weekend slate will be televised on FOX Sports Southwest and FOX Sports Southwest Plus, beginning with a doubleheader on Friday, April 28. First pitch is at 5 p.m., with the second game to immediately follow. The series finale is scheduled for Saturday, April 29, at 2 p.m.

The series is the final full home series at Getterman Stadium, with the final regular season home game pitting the Lady Bears versus Texas, scheduled for May 5 in Waco. The final two games of the series will be played in Austin, May 6-7.

The Lady Bears and Cowgirls are fighting for position among the top of the Big 12 standings, with OSU at No. 2 and Baylor at No. 3. OSU’s final two series are with Baylor in Waco and at Oklahoma next weekend.

Baylor narrowly trails the all-time series with Oklahoma State, 32-28, but BU carries a 13-7 advantage in games played in Waco. Since the three-game Big 12 series format started in 2012, the Lady Bears have won all five previous series with the Cowgirls, going 11-4 over that stretch.

Baylor has a Big 12-leading 21-1 record at home in 2017, the most wins at Getterman since 2013 and currently the highest winning percentage in stadium history.

The Lady Bears will honor the 2007 Big 12 Champion and Women’s College World Series team’s 10-year reunion on Saturday, recognizing the program’s first-ever conference title and first trip to the WCWS.

Saturday’s game will also be Senior Day, honoring Riley Browder, Lindsey Cargill, Ari Hawkins, and Kelsee Selman. The class has combined to go 172-56 (.754), helping BU to four NCAA berths and a WCWS bid.
