The Texas Department of Public Safety is bringing new queuing technology to driver license offices in Waco and Temple.
The new technology allows customers to get in line before they arrive at the office.
To take advantage of this convenient option and “get in line” using your phone at the Waco Driver License Office (located at 1617 E. Crest Drive, Waco, TX 76705), call 254-759-7122.
For the Temple Driver License Office (located at 6612 S. General Bruce Drive, Temple, TX 76502), call 254-770-6734.
To enter the line at either office using the internet, visit this website and select the appropriate city, then click the “Get In Line Online” button.
