CLEARED: Minivan at the end of I-35 stack-up hits 18-wheeler

FALLS COUNTY, TX (KXXV) -

TxDOT said a minivan at the end of a stack-up on I-35 hit the back of an 18-wheeler, causing traffic delays.

The accident was on the southbound lane on I-35 near MM 313, south of Eddy.

The area is now cleared, but traffic is still being diverted due to repairs to a retaining wall.

    Nearly 2,000 children were separated from their families over a six-week period in April and May after Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced a new "zero-tolerance" policy that refers all cases of illegal entry for criminal prosecution.
