According to TX-Dot spokesperson Jodi Wheatley, both sides on I-35 is closed due to high water near 5th street in Temple.

Also, the underpass has been closed to due flooding in Groesbeck. There are multiple areas in town with standing water on the roadway.

Bridge on highway 36 near Walker Hone Farm near Rodgers is also closed.

In Temple exit 306 FM 1237 traffic is being diverted.

Southbound of north loop 363 in Temple near Pendleton road is now open.

TxDOT updated the information at 1:11 p.m. to say flooding was finally decreasing, but the rain has damaged a retaining wall in the construction area.

Crews were working to stabilize the wall before re-opening the area. It is now open, but traffic is still moving slowly due to a 6 mile back-up

According to Temple Police Department, exit 303 on loop 363 on Industrial boulevard is closed, as well as 304 on the loop.

According to the Belton Police Department, there are several closures in that area to avoid including both northbound and southbound lanes of I-35.

In Limestone County, there is water flowing over the following roads: FM 339 and LCR 342.

In Waco, all the boat ramps to the Brazos River and some of the area of the riverwalk is closed.
