The man dead after a motorcycle crash in Belton has been identified.
Teshone Preacely, 36, was the victim in the accident.
According to authorities, the accident happened at 7:16 p.m. on westbound U.S. 190 near Nolanville Hill.
The motorcycle left the roadway and Preacely was killed. Police say he was not wearing a helmet.
Witnesses of the accident believe that speed may have been a factor.
Both westbound lanes were temporarily closed.
