One man is in jail after a brief confrontation with an officer after a robbery.
According to Killeen police, the robbery happened at Fast Times Convenience Store located at 3300 E. Veterans Memorial Boulevard at 6:57 p.m. on March 23.
As officers responded, an officer in the vicinity saw the suspect. A confrontation followed and the suspect was tased. The suspect was able to break away but was apprehended by officers by police and taken to Killeen City Jail.
