Morgan’s Point Resort police said that a 29-year-old man was found dead in a home with a gunshot wound. The man has been identified as 29-year-old Cameron Davis.
Police said they responded to a call on Pawnee Ln. about an injured person when they found the man.
The Justice of the Peace ordered an autopsy to be performed at the Southwest Texas Institute of Forensic Science in Dallas.
The Bell County District Attorney’s Office and the Texas Rangers began assisting the Morgan’s Point Resort Police Department with the investigation in to the death of Davis.. Police have found his vehicle and made contact with a person of interest.
