College Station Police said they arrested a 22-year-old man for burglary of a habitation.
Police said they received a call about a burglary of a habitation in progress on 2001 Holleman Dr. on early Thursday morning.
When officers arrived on scene, they found the suspect in the area.
William Toups was located in the complex and was found in possession of property belonging to the victim.
This case is still being investigated has been turned over to the Criminal Investigation Division. Anyone with information please contact the College Station Police Department at 979-764-3600.
