TEMPLE, TX (KXXV) -

At least four units were damaged following an early Thursday morning apartment fire in Temple.

The fire started just before 5:45 a.m. in the second floor of a unit at the Saulsbury Apartments on Valley Forge Avenue and Saulsbury Drive, according Temple Fire & Rescue Cpt. Jonathan Christian. No one was hurt.

The structural integrity of the second floor is questionable, Christian said.

It's unclear how many people were displaced.

Christian said they were able to determine the fire started in the void space between the two units and was unintentional. The exact cause is undetermined due to the extensive damage the fire caused.
