Aggies open conference defending their SEC championship

COLLEGE STATION, TX (KXXV) -

The Aggies open conference will be playing in their first SEC championship on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016 at 6 p.m. (CT) inside Reed Arena in College Station. 

Texas A&M (8-3; 0-0) SEC takes on Tennessee (7-5; 0-0 SEC) for game 12 of the Aggies basketball season.

 Led by a familiar face to Aggie fans, head coach Rick Barnes is in his second-year with the Vol’s program

Take advantage while you can because this game will be the final game of the Holiday Hoops promotion which features adult general admission tickets for $5 and youth tickets at $3.

If you can’t make it out to this home opener there are still ways to be a part of the action.

Tune into SEC network with Brett Dolan talking about the Play-by-Play and Pat Bradley with Commentary.
