The notorious Binky Bandit is now off the street.
According to Lacy Lakeview Police Chief John Truehitt, Justin Allen Waits, 18, turned himself into the police at 8 p.m on Monday.
Waites was a suspect in a robbery where several firearms were stolen.
The pictures that Lacy Lakeview Police Department shared showed Waites with a pacifier in his mouth, which police say is a way to ingest illegal drugs.
Waites is being held at McLennan County Jail.
