The Belton Police Department is reminding residents of its Safe Internet Exchange Zone this holiday season.
The zone, located at 711 E 2nd Avenue, provides a neutral location for buyers and sellers to meet.
The area is under 24-hour video surveillance.
The location is in a striped, reserved area.
