TX-DOT said a minor crash involving two semis south of Bruceville-Eddy was blocking the inside lane and backing up traffic on mile marker 313 on I-35 near the Bell County Line. The area is now cleared.
TX-DOT recommends drivers take the access road.
The accident has an estimated 1-2 hours to clear.
