A high speed chase resulted in an accident Saturday afternoon.
Killeen Police were pursuing a suspected stolen vehicle near the Trimmier and Bacon Ranch Road intersection.
Two patrol cars made it through the stoplight and a third collided with another car.
The officer was traveling north on the southbound lane, bypassing traffic, when a driver turned into the path of the patrol car.
The officer hit the car and ran into another stopped at the light.
The officer was treated for minor injuries. No other injuries were reported.
The suspect of the stolen vehicle was caught a few blocks from the scene.
