The Lorena Police Department said that a man is in the hospital after a dump trailer pinned him inside the cab of the truck.
63-year-old Ernest Smith of Waco was dumping a load of sand when the dump trailer turned over. Smith works for Sunset Logistics.
Lorena and Waco Fire Departments, along with ETMC paramedics, worked for almost an hour trying to free Smith.
Smith was flown to Scott & White Medical Center and is currently undergoing treatment.
