Temple police are looking for a suspect who fled a traffic stop after pulling what appeared to be a handgun on the Bell County constable performing the stop.
Police said the suspect ran from the scene on foot around the 900 block of 12th St in Temple. The chase went through two streets, and back up was called around the 900 block of 14th St.
Temple Police & K-9 Unit, DPS, Bell County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and other constables are participating in the search for the suspect.
The suspect has not been caught and remains on the loose.
