A two semi-truck accident that flipped over has traffic backed up on Interstate 35.
The incident happened near FM 1143 and Industrial Blvd. at mile marker 303 in Temple.
According to Temple police, the accident happened around 3:30 p.m.
Traffic is backed up past S. Loop 363.
