A Texas Department of Public Safety trooper in Marlin is currently under investigation after a Fort Worth woman claims he ripped out a piercing from her breast.

According to DPS, Tayler Myers, 18, and Courtney Palacios, 19, were pulled over for speeding in Marlin Monday.

DPS Trooper Michael Tice was the trooper that pulled them over and found a pill in their car.

The two were taken to the Falls County Jail on drug charges. DPS said this is when Tice told them to remove any piercings.

The women were unable to remove the piercings from their breasts and that's when they say Tice came back with a pair of pliers. According to NBC 5, Palacios said Tice used his fingers to unscrew her piercing, pulling and eventually ripping the piercing.

Trooper Tice is now under investigation and the women are considering a lawsuit.
