A bank in Waco has been robbed.
According to Waco Police, the Chase bank located on 800 Hewitt Drive in Waco was robbed.
The call came in at 3:30 p.m. Police say a woman in her mid-40s was sitting in the Chase lobby. When approached by a teller, the woman told her she was waiting for someone to fill out paperwork.
Police say the woman waited for the teller to be alone and then handed a note that said she had a weapon and to give her money.
The woman never showed the weapon to the teller.
The woman fled in a white four door sedan with an undisclosed amount of cash.
