WACO, TX (KXXV) -

The city of Waco has issued a boil water notice for residents living off of the Lorena Road, Mourning Dove Lane, and Chapel Road area.

Problems connecting a new water line has prompted the notice. This affects customers residing west of Old Lorena Road, from Warren Road, north to Riverview Road. This will also affect customers on Summer Harvest Drive, Leutwyler Lane, El Gato Lane, and Chapel Road, east of Old Lorena.

The city will inform customers when the boil water notice has been lifted.
