Waco ISD said one of its principals is mourning the loss of his adult son.
Waco High School Principal Ed Love’s son, Kenneth Love, was murdered Sunday afternoon in Arkansas.
Media reports said a suspect has been arrested and charged with second degree murder.
“Our heartfelt thoughts and prayers go out to Ed Love and his family after this senseless tragedy,” Superintendent Dr. Bonny Cain said. “District leaders ask that you remember them in your thoughts and prayers.”
Waco ISD will release more details on the funeral plans when they become available.
The funeral service for Love is Saturday, Oct. 29 at 11 a.m. at Carver Park Baptist Church.
