A boil water notice was issued for residents of Elm Mott has been rescinded.
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and McLennan County Water Control and Improvement had notified residents to boil their water to prevent harmful bacteria in water used for drinking, cooking, and making ice.
The county has announced that the boil water notice was rescinded.
