Temple Fire and Rescue has reported that a motorcyclist has died after a crash with a fuel truck on I-35 in the northbound lane near mile marker 299.
The crash happened around 1:49 p.m. on Monday.
Temple Police Department Accident Reconstruction Team is working to determine the sequence of the crash.
An Environmental Contractor is responding to the scene to conduct clean-up operations.
TXDOT urges drivers to find an alternate route. They said the accident should take a couple of hours to clear.
