Baylor Basketball to Hold Select-A-Seat Event

WACO, TX (KXXV) -

Baylor Athletics invites fans to come watch practice and “Select Your Seats” at the Ferrell Center on Friday, Oct. 14, beginning at 1:30 p.m. Parking is available in front of the Ferrell Center and the entrance into the arena will be through the Stone Room on the north side.

The free event allows fans to watch both teams practicing for their upcoming seasons and select their season tickets. The Lady Bears will practice beginning at 1:30 p.m. and the men's team will take the court immediately after the women’s practice ends. Additionally, Bear Foundation donors and current season ticket holders are invited with ability to add seats.

Season ticket costs are listed below and season tickets can also be purchased online at: www.baylorbears.com/tickets. Single-game tickets and flex plans will go on sale Oct. 28.

Both teams will open the season at the Ferrell Center on Friday, Nov. 11. The men’s team will face Oral Roberts and the women’s team will host Houston Baptist.

    The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor women’s golf team fired its lowest round of the tournament on the final day as the Cru finished in third place at the Golfweek Division III Fall Invitational Tuesday in Florida. The Cru women lowered their score in each of the tournament’s three rounds. UMHB posted a final round 312 to finish with a 323-315-312=950.
