The Texas Department of Public Safety added a Waco man to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list.
DPS is offering a $3,000 reward for Monroe Hernandez, 49.
Waco Crime Stoppers is also offering a reward for Hernandez’s arrest.
Hernandez is wanted for violating parole and failure to comply with sex offender requirements for registration.
According to DPS, Hernandez’s last address was listed in Waco. Hernandez was convicted of sexually assaulting a woman in McLennan County in 1993.
Hernandez also has a history of arrests for possession of cocaine and multiple DWIs.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Texas Department of Public Safety by calling 1-800-252-8477, submit through the DPS website, or by submitting on the DPS Facebook.
