A driver was rushed to the hospital early Friday after a medical emergency caused her to lose control of her car.
Killeen police were called to the 3300 block of East Central Texas Expressway near the Automax Ford dealership just after 4 a.m.
Officers say a female driver heading west had some sort of a medical emergency which caused her to drive off the road. The driver hit a culvert and then went airborne 75 feet before her car rolled.
She was taken to Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center but she is expected to be okay.
The passenger in the car was treated by EMS at the scene.
