Man shot outside of home in Killeen

KILLEEN, TX (KXXV) -

According to Killeen police, at 3:12 p.m. Metroplex Hospital called to let officers know a man was admitted with a gunshot wound to the leg.

The 19-year-old man told hospital staff that he was outside of his house on the 2700 block of Garland when he was shot.

He was driven to the hospital in stable condition.

No further information was available.
