The man Waco police were searching for has been found.
Police say that Charlie Johnson,64, fled from Woodland Springs Nursing Home on 1010 Dallas Street Monday morning.
He was found unharmed near the facility according to staff.
Johnson has several medical conditions and is also known to be combative due to a head injury.
According to police, Johnson does not have family in Waco.
Johnson also has garbled speech when spoken to.
