Former Baylor Basketball Star Isaiah Austin to host Inaugural Celebrity TopGolf Challenge

DALLAS (August 4, 2016) – The Isaiah Austin Foundation has announced that it will host the inaugural Isaiah Austin Foundation Celebrity TopGolf Challenge on Friday, September 9, 2016 at TopGolf Dallas.

This special event will feature former Baylor Basketball star Isaiah Austin, Baylor Head Basketball Coach Scott Drew and other celebrities, sports stars and philanthropists for a day of entertainment, food, TopGolf, and charity.

Earlier this year, the Isaiah Austin Foundation announced a historic partnership with Waco Habitat for Humanity to build the first ever DREAM AGAIN HOME.  The Dream Again Home will be located in Waco and will be given to a family who has had a medical and financial hardship and is in need of affordable housing.  All proceeds from the Celebrity TopGolf Challenge will be used to support this initiative.

“It is an honor to have the support of so many people and businesses in the Baylor family and throughout the entire Dallas community,” said Isaiah Austin. “This event will be a lot of fun, but more importantly it will allow us to provide the necessary funding to start the construction of the first Dream Again Home.”

Limited sponsorships and teams are available for the Isaiah Austin Celebrity TopGolf Challenge, which is expected to sell out. For more information or to support the event, visit www.IsaiahAustinFoundation.org.
