Harker Heights Police are looking for a man who stole a phone and threatened another man with a knife.
The suspect took the phone from a man on the 600 block of Indian Tr. Wednesday night.
Once the victim tried to get his phone back, he was assaulted, and the suspect threatened him with a knife.
