Waco residents will be able to catch the bus for free on Saturday August 6 for the annual “Tax-Free Weekend.”
Tax-Free Weekend takes place from August 5-7.
Waco Transit’s “Free Fare Day” on August 6 allows passengers to skip the parking hassle and catch the bus for free on all fixed route city buses.
Routes service the Richland Mall, Central Texas Marketplace, Downtown Waco, and other locations.
Riders can track their bus by downloading a free RideSystems app.
“Free Fare Day” is sponsored by Waco Transit and Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas.
