Copperas Cove students will learn in the “Classroom of Tomorrow,” returning to another school year with an even higher tech environment than in previous years.

Students and staff were welcomed to new computers and boosts in classroom technology last year. This year, there will be even more.

According to CCISD, 180 K-5 classrooms were equipped with the technology.

The “Classroom of Tomorrow establishes a standardized classroom technology platform that is sustainable and connected to curriculum and instruction efforts,” said CCISD in a release.

At the elementary level, every classroom will have a teacher computer, one student desktop computer, five mobile devices such as iPads or laptops.

At the junior high and high school level, classrooms will include teacher computers, one student desktop computer, the ability to “bring your own device,” and interactive projectors.
