Central Texas recreation facilities reopen to the public after flooding

The United States Army Corps of Engineers have announced the reopening of recreation facilities that were closed due to recent flooding.

Airport Park, Midway, Speegleville, Lacy Point, and Flat Rock boat ramps are now open to the public.

Midway Park and Speegleville Park camping facilities are planning to be open on August 1.

Anyone with questions regarding park openings and closures at Waco Lake are encouraged to visit the United States Army Corps of Engineers web page.
