Killeen Animal Services have extended their “Clear the Shelters” program.
The program encourages people to adopt an animal and empty the shelters. The program was extended to August 29.
The extension of the program is sponsored by the VIP Petcare Community Vet Clinic.
The Killeen Animal Shelter received 150 vouchers through VIP Petcare for free services when anyone adopts a shelter pet.
VIP Petcare partners with shelters and rescue groups nationwide and provide affordable clinics and services.
The vouchers cover services such as diagnostic tests, vaccinations, prescription medications, micro chipping, and general wellness check.
