Two people were brought to the hospital Saturday after a shooting in Waco.

The Waco Police Department said a party at TJ’s Wine, Dine and Soul Food at 901 E. Johnson got out of control, and the owner was attempting to close the party down.

During the clearing, an altercation broke out inside and outside of the club.  At some point, gunshots ranged out, and two people were shot.

The victims include 51-year-old Michael Perry and 25-year-old Joshua Moore from Waco.

Perry was shot in the chest, and Moore was shot in the hand.

Perry was last known to be in stable condition and headed to surgery. Moore was stable and treated for the gunshot wound to his hand.

The police are still investigating, and no arrests have been made.
