A Bellmead business owner was sprayed with mace when two masked men attempted to rob a tire store.
Two masked robbers walked into Fast Eddie's Tire Shop on the 1400 block of New Dallas Highway just before 4 p.m.
Bellmead Police say that one man was armed with semi-automatic handgun and one with a mace.
The men drove off in a company truck stolen in Waco.
The men got away with cash and business checks.
Police say that the shop has been targeted in the past and will review surveillance video.
