Baylor University introduced its new Vice President and Director of Athletics Mack Rhoades at the Big 12 Football Media Day.
Rhoades comes to Baylor after a year as director of Intercollegiate Athletics for the University of Missouri.
Rhoades is the 11th Athletic Director in Baylor's history and will begin on August 15.
