Belton police were investigating after a 21-year-old man was found stabbed to death Saturday.
Police say the incident was related to a domestic disturbance.
The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Kenneth Rhee Franklin III.
Police and EMS were called to the 800 block of Shady Lane around 5 p.m. where they found the man inside of the apartment. EMS was unable to resuscitate him and he was pronounced dead.
Police said there was another person inside of the apartment when they arrived.
Belton police interviewed the person who stabbed the man, but officials say no formal charges have been filed.
Officials said the victim and the person who stabbed him were living together and knew each other.
Police have consulted with the Bell County District Attorney's Office about the case.
The incident is still under investigation.
