A Waco man has been charged with strangulation and assault after an argument with his ex-wife took a violent turn.
It happened on March 12 on the 400 block of Owen Lane at Fleetwood Square Apartments.
Police said that Thomas Sonier, 33, got into an argument with his ex-wife and strangled her. Police said that he also punched her in the head.
His bond is set at $5,000.
